Adam and Naresh are joined by their first ever guest, Dr. Sujay Sheth. Dr. Sheth is a board certified Diagnostic Radiology partner who is fortunate enough to work from home in a field that many wouldn't envision as a potential area for the endeavor. The three explore how Dr. Sheth has made it work, when he realized his opportunity, how technology has aided him in the past and will in the future, and many other things.
Dr. Sheth is a diagnostic radiologist in Chicago, IL, working for Midwest Imaging Professionals, working in emergency and acute imaging. He also works part-time in mammography/breast imaging as a clinical faculty at the University of Chicago. He completed his medical training at the University of Pittsburgh, followed by radiology residency at the University of Chicago and a sub-specialty fellowship in breast imaging and ultrasound at the University of California, San Francisco.
While in medical school at the University of Pittsburgh, he obtained an MBA with a focus on finance and health care economics. As a result, Dr. Sheth's interests include health care workflow optimization, logistics, and operations when he is not reading patient cases.
Outside of medicine, he enjoys traveling, politics, geography, history, and winter sports.
