Unions have been an incredibly controversial topic since their inception. Some say they're the lifeblood of the working class who have brought about immense good. Others say they're bureaucratic organizations that stymie new workers from coming in and are just out for their own self-interest.
But when people leave the work place and start working from their home, what does that mean for unions?
