The simple fact is that every office has people of multiple generations.
It's imperative on boss/manager/leader to figure out how to navigate the differences in each age range in order to ensure success. The simple fact of the matter is that leaders are only there to get results. So you have to bridge the technological divide (ESPECIALLY when everyone's working from home), avoid the common issues that disrupt relationships between generations, and remember that even though everyone's at home, the principles of leadership haven't changed.
